How big can my ADU be? Depending on lot size, your ADU can be a maximum of 1200 sq. ft ADU's are custom designed to fit within your lot size, taking into consideration setbacks and easments. You can choose from 1, 2 or 3 bedroom ADUs, and single or 2 story
How much does an ADU Cost? ADU costs will depend on size. You can expect an approximate cost of between $250 - $300 per square foot
Do we need permits? Yes. ADUs must be permited. Our team will take care of plan submital, clearances and permit fees, all the way up to RTI (Ready to Issue)
